How to reach us

- Support chat on the site. After logging in with Steam, write through the chat button in the corner of the page.
What to include in your message
- Your Steam name or Steam ID.
- The order number (in your profile, in the orders section).
- What the problem is and when it happened.
- If there is an error message, its text or a screenshot.
Security reminder
Support will never ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard code, card CVV or an SMS code. If you are asked for these, do not reply. The only official address is ggdrop.uz.
