Terms of use

These terms govern the use of ggdrop.uz. By logging in with Steam you accept them.

1. What the service is

GGDROPUZ is an online platform for selling and buying CS2 skins in UZS. Skins are transferred through Steam trade offers and payments are kept on the site balance in UZS.

2. Account and login

• You log in to the site with your Steam account. No separate password is created.
• You are responsible for the security of your Steam account, your Trade URL and the data you enter on the site. If someone else could have accessed your account, write to us immediately and change your Steam password.
• The service is used by persons able to enter into a contract in their own name. Work only with your own Steam account, skins and card.

3. Selling skins

• The price of a skin and the order total are shown before you place the order. The order is calculated at the price shown.
• The bot sends you a trade offer in Steam. If you do not accept it within the set time (currently 30 minutes), the order is cancelled.
• The skins are checked. The money is credited to your balance after the Steam protection period ends and the check is passed. If the actual state of a skin does not match the order data, we reserve the right to reject or adjust the order.
• Limits may apply to the minimum skin price, the number of skins per order and the total amount. They are shown on the sell page.
• By selling skins you confirm that they belong to you and were obtained lawfully.

4. Buying skins

• Shop prices are shown in UZS and deducted from your balance at payment.
• The skin is sent to your Trade URL. You are responsible for the consequences of a wrong or someone else's link.
• You must accept the offer within the set time. If the order is not fulfilled or the offer is not accepted in time, the amount you paid returns to your balance.
• Steam may restrict trading under its own rules (for example for a new device or during a protection period). Such restrictions are set by Steam.

5. Balance, top-up and withdrawal

• The balance is kept in UZS and earns no interest.
• The balance is topped up with Click. Card details are entered on the Click page and are not stored by us.
• Money can be withdrawn to a UzCard or Humo card. The commission (if any) and the minimum amount are shown in the withdrawal window. The request is processed after review. If a request is rejected, the money returns to your balance.
• You are responsible for entering the card number correctly. We are not liable for errors caused by a wrongly entered number.

6. Prohibited actions

• Fraud, selling stolen or unlawfully obtained skins.
• Using someone else's Steam account, card or payment method without permission.
• Unjustified cancellation of a payment or trying to get money back through a chargeback.
• Actions aimed at harming the site, its server or users: overloading with automated requests, unauthorised use of vulnerabilities.
• Creating several accounts to bypass limits and rules.

In case of a violation or a suspicious situation we reserve the right to temporarily suspend operations, request additional information for verification, reject an order or restrict the account.

7. Price and availability

Skin prices change with the market. The price at the moment you place an order is the order price. Availability of a skin is not guaranteed: if the skin has already been sold, the order is not fulfilled and the money is returned.

8. Limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is". Because of maintenance or outages at Steam and payment systems it may be temporarily unavailable.
• We are not responsible for malfunctions of Steam, Click and other third-party systems, changes to Valve's rules or fluctuations in skin market prices.
• We are liable only for direct damage and only where we are at fault, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Intellectual property and trademarks

Counter-Strike, CS2, Steam and skin names belong to their owners. GGDROPUZ is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam and is not endorsed by them.

10. Disputes

If a problem arises, first write to support and we will review the situation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update the terms. The new version is published on this page and takes effect from the date above. By continuing to use the site after an update you agree to the changes.
