Privacy policy
This page explains what data ggdrop.uz receives from you, why it is needed and what happens to it.
What data we receive
- Steam data. When you log in with Steam we receive your Steam ID, name and profile picture. This is public information on Steam.
- Trade URL. The trade link you provide for sending and receiving skins.
- Inventory. When you sell skins, your public Steam inventory is read to show prices.
- Balance and operations. Your balance, orders, and history of top-ups and withdrawals.
- Card number. Only the number you enter when you submit a withdrawal request is stored, and only for the transfer. The expiry date and CVV are not requested.
- Support messages. Messages you write in the support chat or on Telegram.
- Technical data. Server logs record the IP address, browser type, time and address of requests. This is needed for security and fraud prevention.
What we do not ask for
Your Steam password, Steam Guard code, card CVV and expiry date are never requested. When you top up your balance, card details are entered on the Click page and are not passed to us.
Why we use the data
- To recognise you, keep your account and fulfil orders.
- To send and receive skins, calculate money and transfer it to a card.
- To protect against fraud, abuse and attacks and to keep the site secure.
- To answer support requests.
- To meet legal requirements.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising. For the service to work it interacts with these systems:
- Steam (Valve) for login and trade offers.
- Click for balance top-up payments.
- Hosting provider where the site servers are located.
- Telegram if you write to us there for help.
Where the law requires it, data may be given to authorised bodies.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses a necessary session cookie to remember your login and browser storage to remember your chosen language. Advertising and tracking cookies are not used. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to Google servers.
Storage and protection
Data is stored on a protected server with restricted access. The connection is encrypted with HTTPS. Security logs are kept for a limited time. Account and operation history is kept for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You may request information about your data, correction of inaccurate data and, within the limits of the law and financial record-keeping requirements, its deletion. To do so, contact us. Personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Changes
If the policy changes, the new version will be published on this page and takes effect from the date above.
